At Transformation Orthodontics, we offer overnight evaluation with a pulse oximeter (measures blood oxygen saturation) to aid diagnostic evaluation of airway issues.   There are orthodontic/orthopedic growth modifying treatments that are believed helpful for improving airway function in certain cases.  The following are not peer-reviewed articles and there is a certain amount of conjecture; diagnosis of airway issues should be co-ordinated with a physician.

I enjoyed contemplating and writing about these subjects; I hope that you will find them useful.

Kindest regards,

Dr. Richard Standerwick
